Shipping and Returns


Deals 4 All Store offers three methods of delivery to you. When placing an order, you may choose delivery via:

1. Courier (All of South Africa)
    • For courier delivery, the cost is generally R75 - R150

2. Dealz4All Store - Driver delivery (Cape Town Areas Below)
    • Delivery via our Dealz4All Store van (See Areas Below) is R50 and a cash on delivery option is available.

3.  Free collection from our pick up point - with prior arrangement - 97 Edward Rd, Windsor Park, 7570.
      • Collection from our pick up point is free with prior arrangement. 

    Please Note :
    • The shipping cost is indicated on the checkout page before purchase.
    • Orders of R1 000 and above will be delivered for free - though there are exceptions to this e.g. if the order contains one or more of a few selected large, bulky items. When the order contains any of these items, no free shipping will be granted. The fee will then generally be R250. This applies mainly to our larger items. 
    • For exceptionally large parcels or exceptionally remote locations, we will quote on a case by case basis. 
    • Where Dealz4All Store accepts your order, Dealz4All Store will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than a maximum of 14 days from receiving your payment (“Delivery Period”). However, parcels will generally be sent out within 2-3 working days of your payment being made. It then generally takes about 1-7 working days for the parcel to reach you. Timelines depend on your location.
    • We will notify you if we are unable to deliver within the Delivery Period. 
      • If you would like delivery outside of South Africa, please contact us for a courier quote before placing an order and we would be happy to assist you.

      1. Incorrect delivery address provided by customer Dealz4All Store will not be held responsible should parcels be signed for and collected at the delivery address provided
      2. If the parcel is returned to Dealz4All Store we will then contact you to reschedule the shipping. Please note that you will need to pay the delivery fee again before the parcel is re-shipped to you. Therefore, it is essential that you ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. 



      We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Dealz4All Store. 

      This policy forms part of the Dealz4All Store Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.


      Want to exchange?

      • Fashion and footwear products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. If such variation is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference) within 8 days of you logging the return. We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.
      • Please note the return policy for unwanted products applies.

      Not what you ordered?

      • If we accidentally deliver the wrong product (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). 

      Dealz4All Store will accept the following returns:
      1. If the product shipped has a defect or a manufacturing problem.
      2. If an incorrect item was shipped.
          • Should you have a valid reason to return the product, please notify Dealz4All Store within 3 days of the product being received.
          • Notification after 3 days will result in the return not being authorised by Dealz4All Store.
          • Please be sure to read the product specifications before placing an order as Dealz4All Store will not accept the return of an undesired item ordered.
          Dealz4All Store will NOT accept the following returns:
          1. The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) specifically excludes 'buyer’s remorse' and Dealz4All Store reserves the right to reject returns that are sought because the Consumer has 'changed his mind' or no longer wants the item after the purchase has been made.
          2. Where the goods have been damaged due to ordinary wear and tear or worn out in the ordinary course of use.
          3. Where the goods have been purchased from other retailers and not Dealz4All Store.
          4. Where the goods fall into one of the following categories:
            • Underwear, sleepwear, Swimwear or lingerie
            • Goods that have been personalized or custom made
            • Goods that have been specifically ordered for the Consumer and are not in ordinary stock
            • Goods that may pose a health or safety hazard if returned or reused. Food and drink products may not be returned
            • Earrings, including studs, piercings, hair pieces, attachments and other personal body items due to health and safety considerations
            • Exchanges on electrical products that have been used, tested or are otherwise are not defective.
            • All consumable food items which are purchased constitute a non-returnable product due to Health reasons
            • Where the goods have been willfully damaged or have been damaged by the gross negligence of the Consumer or Retailer.
            • Where the goods have been damaged by Force Majeure, or an act of God such as inclement weather, natural disaster, power failure, electrical surges or circumstances outside of Dealz4All Store’s control.
            • Dealz4All Store reserves the right to hold the Consumer Liable for delivery charges in the event of one or more of the above circumstances being the reason for return of the goods.

          1. Contact Dealz4All Store by e-mail ( / about the problem encountered.
          2. Dealz4All Store requires the following conditions:
            • A legitimate invoice or proof of purchase (order number/transaction number) is required to prove the purchase.
            • The item is still in its original packaging and has not been used.
              3.  Should you return an item that is faulty or has a manufacturing fault, the following conditions prevail:
            • A legitimate invoice or proof of purchase (order number/transaction number) is required to prove the purchase.
            • The item has not been abused and instructions as to its use have been adhered to. 
            • In cases of uncertainty as to the reason for the fault or damage, the item needs to be sent back to the supplier for consideration to prove the fault or damage. 
               4.   If Dealz4All Store authorizes the return:
            • The product must be shipped back to Dealz4All Store, in the original condition, within 4 days from authorizing the return, to our pick up point at 97 Edward Rd, Windsor Park, 7570.
            • Please arrange courier services to collect the item for return to us – this will be at your cost. 

            • Once the return has been received by Dealz4All Store and we have inspected the product and validated your return you will either be refunded or a replacement item will be shipped. This will depend on what is agreed between Dealz4All Store and you.
            • If it is deemed that the product shipped had a defect or a manufacturing problem we will refund the courier cost as well. We will credit your account with the purchase price of the product as well as the courier cost within 8 days of the return.  Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
